Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday through Friday). We currently only ship within the USA. 

• Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout. Please make sure to check your spam folder.

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are not included in the product price.

Please note that Aura de Franchon is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages during transit times.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly or contact Aura de Franchon and we will help you file for a package search or claim.

In the case of damage, please provide clear images of the damage and your order number/receipt. Damage claims cannot be filed or processed without proof of purchase from Aura de Franchon. Claims will be accepted up to 14 days of delivery date.
